Jon Armstrong
Director and Founder of Geoscan
Jon Armstrong is the founder and director of Geoscan, bringing extensive expertise in underground, structural, and ground investigation services. With a deep understanding of the complexities involved in these areas, Jon oversees both the business development and hands-on operations of the company. He plays a key role in cost estimating and project management, ensuring seamless execution of all services.
Jon is fully accredited (CERTLOC) in the underground services industry, OH&S inducted, and holds Level 2 First Aid certification, ensuring a high standard of safety and professionalism in all projects.
Alec Price
Operations Manager, Senior Locator and Utility Surveyor
Alec is our Senior Certified Locator with CERTLOC accreditation, bringing a wealth of expertise to the team. With a solid background in surveying, he also takes on the role of field surveyor and draftsman. Alec oversees our GIS utility mapping projects, manages resources, and maintains strong client relationships.
Always available to assist with any queries related to ground scanning investigations, GIS survey mapping, or utility location services, Alec provides expert guidance to ensure the success of every project.
Rhys Ingwersen
Locator – GPR Operator and Draftsman
Rhys holds a degree in Forensic Science, bringing specialised knowledge to GPR interpretation and drafting. His strong analytical skills allow him to accurately identify and document subsurface anomalies, ensuring reliable data for our clients. Rhys plays a key role in drafting detailed survey plans, transforming raw data into actionable insights. His unique combination of forensic expertise and GPR technology makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
